Current Activities at Özyeğin University

Hi, I am Ozan.

I am currently pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at Özyeğin University with a 50% scholarship. Current Year 1/4.

I serve as the Vice President of both the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society and the Artificial Intelligence Club, where I actively organize and participate in various technical and social events.

Background in High School

I earned a full scholarship to Balıkesir Bilnet Science High School by scoring 489/500 points in the LGS (High School Entrance Exam).

My passion for technology and software, which began in childhood, developed further through competitions and projects I took part in during high school.

I was accepted to my school’s robotics team, Bilnetech, as the top-ranked, where we organized various activities and participated in several competitions. In high school, I gained hands-on programming experience with Arduino, Python, and Java.

Future Goals and Academic Plans

While studying Computer Science, I aim to pursue a double major in Artificial Intelligence and Data Engineering.

The areas I would like to focus on include image processing, autopilot systems, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity.

After completing my undergraduate studies, I plan to pursue a Ph.D. in the USA.

I aim to contribute to the development of innovative autopilot systems for various types of vehicles.

My ideas may change over time, but this is what I currently envision for my future.

Personal Interests and Hobbies

I greatly enjoy playing story-based video games. I have a special interest in cars and motorsports. Beyond software, my hobbies include exploring finance, cryptocurrencies, ethical hacking, watching sports, and reading.
In short — this is who I am.

My Youtube Channel

I also run a YouTube channel where I plan to share content related to software, coding, technology, and artificial intelligence. My goal is to create informative and engaging videos that can be helpful for both beginners and enthusiasts.

Some of the video formats I am considering include:

  • Tutorials & Coding Walkthroughs: Step-by-step explanations of programming concepts and small projects.

  • Tech Discussions: Sharing my thoughts on the latest developments in software, AI, and emerging technologies.

  • Project Showcases: Presenting and explaining the projects I build, from simple coding practices to more advanced applications.

  • Learning Journeys: Documenting my experiences as a computer engineering student, including challenges and insights.

  • AI & Research Topics: Exploring the fundamentals of artificial intelligence, data science, and their real-world applications.

Through this channel, I aim to combine learning, sharing, and inspiring others who are also interested in technology.
